Relay is a web-based forensic request portal that is built into the Monolith ecosystem. It allows your forensic partners to submit service requests to your forensic lab from any browser.
Relay provides your forensic partners a simple form to submit work requests, evidence items, and case documents to your lab. Select which fields to include in the form and whether they are required, so you get all the information you need to start work on the case.
When a partner submits a request through Relay, it automatically gets added as an Inquiry in Monolith with all the provided case details, evidence information, and attached documents & files. Convert the inquiry to a new Monolith Case in two clicks.
Your forensic partners can check the status of their case and evidence item progress from Relay at any time — which means fewer emails and phone calls asking your team for updates.
Skip the physical hard drive handoff by sharing reports & files directly in Relay. When a file is shared, recipients get an automatic email notification and can access, view, or download the file right from Relay.
Utilize the built-in comment system to communicate with your forensic partners directly inside Relay. Any time a new comment is added or a user is tagged, Relay automatically sends out a notification email so nothing is missed.
