The Role
We’re seeking a driven Account Executive to join our growing team. As one of the first members of our sales organization, you’ll play a critical role in building relationships, closing deals, and expanding Monolith’s presence across government, legal, and corporate markets. You’ll work closely with leadership and our engineering team to align customer needs with the power of our platform.
This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX (or Central Texas). We value flexibility but believe in the energy of face-to-face collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for law firms, corporations, and government agencies.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with investigators, attorneys, and technical stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate Monolith’s value proposition and tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Partner with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Monolith at industry events, demos, and webinars.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas in a startup environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in software sales, preferably SaaS or enterprise solutions.
- Strong track record of hitting (and exceeding) sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Self-starter who thrives in a startup-like environment with a high degree of ownership.
- Bonus: experience selling into legal, government, or cybersecurity/forensics markets.
